We only manufacturer State of California notary rubber stamps and notary self-inkers at this time. The State of California requires the stamp manufacturer of California Notary stamps to be registered with the state and are given a manufacturing number (as seen on the border of the notary layout below).
In order to purchase a notary stamp, the State requires that you send to the manufacturer the form "AUTHORIZATION TO MANUFACTURE" which the manufacturer must fill out and send in to the Secretary of State.
So, before we can mail your stamp, we must have the original copy of the authorization. You can mail us your copy and then order your stamp through our website. All your notary stamp information is on that form.
